All pieces are hand made to order and the prices are based on the time spent making an item. Please note that our prices are displayed in £ GBP and we will not accept any responsibility for costs applied by your card company for any conversions into your own currency.
We use Paypal to handle all payments. However, you do not need to have a Paypal account to use their services; you can select to pay with most credit/debit cards without needing to log in.
Shipping is free in the UK, £5 to the rest of Europe and £10 for all international orders. All pieces are made to order and will usually be dispatched within 14 working days. If you are commissioning a bespoke item, we will be in touch to give you an estimated dispatch time but please be aware that this can vary greatly depending on the availability of any required materials and current workload.
All UK jewellery orders are sent First Class Recorded Delivery with the Royal Mail. This will require a signature. All tracking information will be uploaded through PayPal and you will be emailed with the details. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to the package once it has been shipped. Insurance is optional for an additional charge. Please contact us if you require this. All orders are sent to the address specified by the customer when the order is placed - we cannot accept any responsibility for parcels that are lost or delayed as result of being incorrectly addressed.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are only accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. The customer must contact us prior to any return, stating the reason for return. The customer pays the cost of return shipping and the refund will not include postage. In the case of an exchange, the customer will have to pay both return shipping for the original item and shipping costs for the new product. Refunds and exchanges are only issued after we have received the package and established that the item is in its original, unused condition. We aim to refund within 7 days of receipt of the returned item. Please note that should an item not reach us, we are not responsible and as a result we will not be able to reimburse you/offer you an exchange.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on bespoke items.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
As many of our items are made from reclaimed or recycled materials we cannot guarantee that there won’t be slight variations in colour/patination (mostly applies to any chainmail products).
The brass plated chainmail pieces will tarnish slightly over time and we recommend that you keep these pieces in a soft cloth bag to protect them and prolong their life.
